    1. Hello Joyce, we sell whole pans after the Mini-Festival

Your food was FANTASTIC if only you all could open a Greek restaurant in Anderson.

Will you be offering karidopita in 2022? Please, please, please! My favorite after baklava, but a lot harder to find!

    1. Christa, we will see what we can do. I will speak to my wife. Thanks for reaching out.

        Thank you!

Will you be offering Lamb Gyros this year? I didn’t see it in the menu. It is our favorite entree, along with a side of your delicious fries.

    1. Unfortunately, not this year (2022).

Instructions for cooking the frozen foods? What temp and for how long?

    1. Defrost half pan for two hours. Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Slice the pastitsio into pieces and add a half of cup of milk to the pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the oven. Remove and rest the pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
