The Shepherd’s Guild is a 501c3 nonprofit service organization of Eastern Orthodox, chartered on September 30, 1999. The Guild organized The Anderson Greek Festival for 13 years (2006 to 2018), and the Mini Greek-Mediterranean Festival from 2019 to 2021.

Hospitality is an important thing in the Mediterranean culture and in the South; therefore, we are delighted to present the 2024 Greek-Mediterranean Pastry & Food Bazaar. In February will present the Greek-Mediterranean Pastries & Gyrofest 2026. (the 2025 event moved to February 20, 21 & 22). The mission of the event is hospitality, fellowship and service (stewardship).

    Your food was FANTASTIC if only you all could open a Greek restaurant in Anderson.

  2. Defrost half pan for two hours. Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Slice the pastitsio into pieces and add a half of cup of milk to the pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the oven. Remove and rest the pan for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

    I’ve been to all the Greek festivals in 3 states, and am excited to come to this one! Your menu looks delicious and am anxious to try all my favs and let it take me back to my yiayia’s cooking !🧡
